waterfalls
My pack was as heavy as a sack of stones. Bella and Kahu ran head of me, I sighed. Through the trees I could see a big hill covered in trees. 50 minutes later. We could hear the sound of running water. Was it the waterfall? No! Just a big rushing river. I have wet shoes again. I see our first waterfall we walk a bit further chattering like drunken monkeys. We are there at last we have lunch and look at the waterfalls. We walk back to the car park.

Ka pai Hebe, I'm really impressed with your use of describing words and the simile "like drunken Monkey's". Another idea would be to add colours into your description, for example - the water was blue. Well done
ReplyDeleteHi Hebe, it sounds like you walked a long way. Where were you? I am imagining that you were somewhere in Hanmer Springs as I have done a waterfall walk there. I like the way that you described your chattering. What did the waterfall look like Was it beautiful?
ReplyDeleteHi Hebe,
ReplyDeleteI like your blog post.
Maybe next time you should add more text on it.
Do you go to hammer springs often?
good job
